H&M (Sundance Square – Fort Worth, TX)
In recent years, Sundance Square has undergone a transformation to create a safe & pedestrian friendly urban environment with open spaces, shopping and entertainment. The long-awaited addition of the new H&M store adds to the vibrancy of Sundance Square. The grand opening celebration was held on April 7th, 2016.
Once the landlord completed the initial renovation work necessary to provide us with a “white box shell” space, we were responsible for the interior finish-out. Our scope of work included, but was not limited to, interior walls, flooring, wall finishes, drywall and acoustical ceilings, fitting rooms, display fixtures, restrooms, electrical power, data and lighting, mechanical/HVAC, and fire sprinkler secondary distribution. The project has vertical transportation (escalators and an elevator) servicing all four floors, elaborate lighting systems, three levels of glazing, and hand railing at all levels. The finished store occupies all four levels of the building (including a basement) totaling nearly 31,500 square feet. The store is conveniently located in downtown Fort Worth and is within walking distance of our main office.
If you happen to be in Fort Worth for the Main Street Arts Festival (April 14th – 17th), we encourage you to stop by and visit the new H&M store!
