Robert D. Benda, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Bob has led Westwood since August of 1987. Prior to joining Westwood, he had nineteen years of retail management experience with chain stores including eight years at a senior management level. He has successfully directed the marketing, operations, financial, real estate/construction, and organizational development functions for regional, national, and international retail companies. In his current role, Bob is responsible for the leadership of the senior management team. His primary accountability is to ensure company strategy and tactics remain consistent with its stated vision, mission and values. Bob is the immediate past President and a Director of the Retail Contractors Association, and serves on the boards of several non-profit and community service organizations. |

Mike McBride, Chief Operating Officer
In Mike's role as COO, he assists in business development activities and relations for new prospects as well as manages high-visibility and larger scale projects. Since joining the company in July of 1994, Mike has contributed to Westwood through various key management roles. Mike has over twenty years of construction and architectural experience working both as a retail owner's representative and as a general contractor. Mike holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing from Texas Lutheran College. |

Greg M. Anderson, Vice President
Having twenty-four years of construction and architectural experience, Greg's directly manages some of the company's most high profile and challenging projects. He has been with Westwood since August 1986 and holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Washington. |
