Now hiring Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator acts as administrative support for the Preconstruction and Operations management teams. Responsibilities include various tasks from issuing bid invitations to collecting project close-out documentation. The ability to become adept at a wide range of administrative tasks, meet work product deadlines accurately and completely, communicate effectively in person, in writing and via telephone and have a basic understanding of construction terms and ability to read blueprints are important. This full-time position will be located in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Some college or vocational training in office practices/skills are preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of prior experience in a construction office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Knowledge in Procore is a plus.
