AT&T New Stores (Multiple Locations in Texas)

AT&T In February 2015, GameStop acquired 160+ store leases from RadioShack Corp, which filed for bankruptcy earlier in the year. GameStop primarily plans to use the acquired stores to expand the retail footprint of its Spring Mobile business, an exclusive AT&T dealer. Westwood Contractors has been awarded 15 interior finish-out locations in Texas for conversion to the Spring Mobile retail format as AT&T branded stores. Westwood negotiated a lump sum contract for all 15 sites, ranging in size from approximately 1,900 – 3,000 SF, and a three-week schedule for each. Projects are primarily in-line stores located in shopping centers and malls.  Our scope of work includes interior demolition as well as electrical, mechanical, acoustical ceiling system, paint, flooring, and installation of owner provided fixtures.  Our involvement in the store conversion program began in April 2015 and expected to be complete in July 2015.
