The first Helzberg Diamonds opened in Kansas City, Kansas in 1915 and the company has since grown to over 200 jewelry stores, with a reputation built on expertise, trust and high-quality diamonds.
Since 2012, we have completed over 50 projects in 20 different states for Helzberg Diamonds. As Helzberg has rolled out new prototype designs, we have adapted and kept pace; the newer stores now include several high-tech advancements.
Most of our work has involved tenant finish-outs for new stores for both standard locations as well as outlet locations. We have also completed closed remodels and phased open remodels. On average, each store is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. and includes a sales area, plus separate spaces for a diamond room, a work area and a jeweler room.
High-tech advances in the next-generation stores include double-sided OLED screens used as storefront signage, in-store digital touch points and the Helzberg Virtual Ring experience, an interactive augmented reality technology which allows customers to virtually try on more than 100 ring styles.
