NOAH'S Event Venue is the largest event venue corporation in the nation, with more than 30 standalone venues that host special occasions from weddings to corporate events.
Working closely with Guggenheim Retail Real Estate Partners, Inc., who served as the client’s project manager, we have completed two ground-up, build-to-suit projects for NOAH'S Event Venue.
Each stand-alone facility was leased to a single tenant, NOAH'S Event Venue, for use a multi-purpose building providing interior and exterior space for corporate meetings, training, expos, family events, weddings and other life events. Each stand-alone facility is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. and required a 2-acre site. Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship were key to delivering a completed project which provides a beautiful backdrop for any special occasion.
