Jess has 16 years of experience in human resources and employee relations, serving both public and private organizations across industries such as clean energy, pharmaceutical, retail, technology, finance, accounting, and education. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), she has demonstrated her ability to design and implement HR programs that align organizational goals with the needs of employees. Since joining Westwood initially as HR Generalist, she has made an immediate impact by taking on additional responsibilities, adapting her expertise to the construction industry, and strengthening the company’s HR capabilities.
