Human Resources Manager
Jessica has substantial experience in HR field having served as a civilian Human Resource Specialist for the Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field Force Support Squadron in Florida. Most recently, she served as the civilian Human Resources Director for the U.S. Navy’s Department of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation at Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. She has a degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus, and is currently pursuing her SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification. Mrs. Elliott’s demonstrated skills in performance management, recruiting, and compensation and benefits administration will be of great value to Westwood’s continued growth.
